So about that ... 

We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at dopatonin007@gmail.com. Our orders are processed with a print-on-demand drop shipper. So, just like you the orders are unique! 

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 7 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date.

We do understand the importance of customer satisfaction. Please e-mail us with any return or exchange inquiries as stated above.
